Support
Help with ResellFinder accounts, research, purchases, and billing.
Contact support
Email support@resellfinder.app with a description of the problem, the screen or feature involved, and any relevant error message. Do not email passwords or full payment card numbers. For privacy and data requests, contact privacy@resellfinder.app; for legal notices, contact legal@resellfinder.app.
Finding features
Use Scan to research items. Picks holds the current Rapid-scan session. Haul, saved finds, and lockers are included with Picker and above. Settings manages your account. The Plans screen shows current plan allowances, available packs, Restore purchases, and Manage subscription.
Sign-in help
New email sign-ins receive a confirmation message from noreply@resellfinder.app. Check your spam, junk, or Promotions folder. Apple and Google sign-in do not require that email confirmation. Open email confirmation links on the iPhone where ResellFinder is installed.
Purchases and restoring access
If an active subscription is missing, open Plans and select Restore purchases, then sign in with the account associated with your purchase. An already credited one-time pack is not granted again. Unused pack credits remain until you use them.
To manage or cancel a subscription, use Plans โ Manage subscription or https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. For refund requests, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
Usage limits and purchased credits
Monthly AI scan and eBay comparison allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, independently of your Apple subscription billing date.
Unused purchased pack credits carry forward each month until used. Purchased credits do not expire at the monthly reset. If your purchased credits appear incorrect, contact support@resellfinder.app.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings โ Account & data โ Delete account and data and follow the confirmation steps. Account deletion is permanent. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately through Apple to prevent future renewals.
